HDT (High Definition Technology) uses advanced composite technology to combine its moulded Securecell EPS core, high modulus fibreglass reinforcement and foaming epoxy resin inside a high precision vacuum mould. Each element is engineered to work as part of a complete system rather than as isolated components.
The moulded EPS core provides a perfectly shaped, fully fused foundation. The composite fibreglass layup adds directional strength and controlled flex. The foaming epoxy resin locks everything together into a unified, sandwich structured shell that ensures the board delivers incredible durability, smooth glide and flowing performance of the Volume Midlength at an unbeatable value.

high tech vacuum moulds creating 30% less material wastage and environmental impact of a traditional surfboard.
HDT also creates an exceptionally durable shell that offers unmatched strength and lightweight performance with 50% higher breakage strength at lower weights
than PU.
