The MFC Helios Fuselage is available in three different sizes in our webshop.

The new Helios model is an evolution of the MFC Hydros, a modular hydrofoil system for wingsurfing, windsurf, SUP, and prone. A plug & play system that allows you to set up different foils to your liking and/or conditions. With the exception of the fuselages, Hydros and Helios wings are fully compatible, so if you already have either, you can expand your MFC wing quiver without restrictions.

Alu vs. Carbon

MFC looked at the properties of 6061 Aluminium and Carbon and explored torsional rigidity, strength, and impact resistance. As an essential building block of the Helios modular system, carbon doesn’t hold up as well as it does for wings and masts.

This is why the Helios fuselage is made of Marine Aluminium 6061.

Note: These Helios fuselages are not compatible with MFC HYDROS masts.
